• Once booked you will receive an email giving you three optional dates and approximate times that would be suitable for Eleanor to call you on a landline telephone number. Should you wish to use a mobile please advise when booking on-line.
• When you email back your preferred optional date and time you will receive a confirmation email. If none of the option dates are suitable to you please still email us back and we will come to an arrangement.
  On the time and date arranged Eleanor will call you on the telephone number you have supplied and the telephone consultation will begin.
